ARTISAN CUSTOM HOMES
From custom made carpet to custom made light fixtures I designed each aspect closely with the manager of the Track and managed all sub/contractors. Starting with interior design school at 17, I started working and managing a home design center. While I worked here I attended The Art institute studying interior design and drafting. At the design center I ran several crews weekly doing multiple jobs, ordered all product, built relationships with all of the local contractors and vendor connection as well. In 2010 I branched out on my own and also married one of those cute and talented contractors. Together we have built and designed dozens of home throughout Lincoln county, ranging in budget from $200,000 to $2,000,000.

When we set out to find a contractor we had been in one of Artisans beautiful homes that were in the framing stage and we just kept going back. After getting everything finalized and starting the building, it ran smooth, they made everything about it exciting, just as building a new house should be.
When we had a time - sensitive need to get into our home, he was able to keep his subs working and the construction moving to finish the job quickly even though he had no obligation to do so. He diligently responds to inquiries and when it com es to change orders there is no “nickel and diming”. Finally, Marty quickly responded to resolve punch list items both prior to and after closing in the same consistent manner as during the construction process. We have had several home projects done by Artisan and their crew.
